Shipping Policy

Please give shipments up to one week to be packaged and shipped. Contact us if overnight shipping is available on eligible items. 

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label). 

Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.
