We unfortunately do not offer and returns or refunds.

In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Again, the sooner we hear from you, the more chance we have in rectifying any shipping damage. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.
